Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked through my online booking system

 

A non-refundable booking fee of £20 is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total on the day

 

By paying the booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these policies

 

Your booking fee can be transferred once to a new appointment date if a minimum of 48 hours notice is given

 

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your booking fee will be forfeited and a new one will be required to secure another appointment

Refunds

No re-funds will be issued after your appointment

 

If you aren’t happy with any part of your service, please let me know during the treatment so that I can do my best to fix it then and there.

 

Please note - I offer a free repair service within 72 hours of your appointment incase of any breakages

Lateness

​

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be amended or cancelled, as I may not have enough time to complete your treatment before my next client

Payment methods

On the day of your appointment, I accept bank transfer only

Guests / children

​

Please come alone to your appointments, unless discussed and agreed otherwise before booking

 

My studio is not a suitable place for children so I kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment

 

Please note, I am unable to take bookings for anyone under the age of 18

Nail Art Bookings

​

When booking nail art, please ensure you choose the correct nail art tier to allow enough time for your chosen design

If you are unsure which tier to select, take a look at my gallery for tier examples. Otherwise feel free to send me a message before booking, I will be happy to help you with what tier your chosen design will fall under

Please be aware that, at the moment, I currently do not offer 3D art. Please check back or check my instagram for changes on this

 

For ‘hectic’ or ‘manic’ tier art, please send your inspiration photos at least 48 hours before your appointment. This ensures I have the tools and products needed for the designs.

 

If I do not receive your inspo in time, I may not be able to complete your chosen design
